Warranty Coverage: All items are quality-checked before leaving our warehouse. Should you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for replacement or repair.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear (especially on clothing and accessories), or unauthorized alterations.
Repairs: In certain cases, we may offer repair services for defective items, subject to product type and availability of parts.
