Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase!
If something isn’t right, here’s how our refund & return policy works:

1. Return Window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Items
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Products that are worn or damaged from use cannot be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, pre-order, or limited edition items (unless defective).
Clearance or final-sale products.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item → we cover the return shipping.
If returning for personal reasons (wrong size, changed mind) → return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
